When I started programming, I was feeling a big need of making good software, or whatever that used to mean back then. I have now some good years of experience building software at multiple hyper growth startups, I want to share with you my learning process and how I stopped worrying about low level details and started focusing more on sharpening my abstraction skills.

Also, I can teach a thing or two about being a good Engineering Manager, or what I think a good one should be!
